Consultations are held exclusively at the Toorak suites. Here's what to know before you call.
How it works
A referral from your GP, family doctor, or another medical doctor is required to claim a Medicare rebate for your consultation. Overseas patients or those without a Medicare card can book directly without a referral.
Contact the practice on (03) 9824 1011 or dtranstaff@doctor.com with your referral details to arrange a time.
Consultations take place at 42 Ross Street, Toorak. Please bring your referral, Medicare card, and any relevant medical history or previous test results.
Fees are payable upfront via EFTPOS, credit card or cash. A Medicare rebate applies to consultations and necessary procedures, with a gap payable above the rebate. Private health insurance may cover part of the gap for patients without a Medicare card; certain cosmetic procedures are not covered by Medicare.

If you'd like to claim a Medicare rebate, yes — you'll need a referral from a GP or another medical doctor. If you're an overseas patient or don't hold a Medicare card, you can book directly with the clinic without one.

Patients without Medicare may be able to claim part of the fee back through private health insurance. Some cosmetic procedures are not covered by Medicare at all.
